1902 Dutch Colonial

This Dutch Colonial, known as the Aldrich House, is one of the few examples remaining of large historic homes in Downtown Vancouver. The layout of this home remains largely unchanged from the original design. Painstaking restoration and replication work was done to preserve the original walls, ceilings, molding's, floors, mantels and original Povy Stain Glass work.
