Loho Place

Loho Place was very much a passion project for Jack Harroun. He wanted to demonstrate what Urban Density can look like if zoning allowed. On a single 5500 SQFT lot, 3 - 1800 sqft +/- detached single family homes were built. Not only do these homes provide quality living, they occupy a small footprint reducing their overall impacts to the community at large.
