This save was beyond ambitious. This classic four square had a crumbling basement foundation that required us to lift the house to replace, had nothing worth saving inside, and was very close to the neighboring properties. This was a true rebuild. We saved the original floors, original front glassed in porch and siding; Everything else was to replicate what once was.
